Eternity Slides provides software and related services for creating memorial slideshow videos from user-submitted content.

Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Providing accurate information
• Restricting unauthorized access to accounts
• All activities occurring under their accounts

User Content

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to use all uploaded content
• Uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights
• Uploaded content complies with applicable laws

Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Upload unlawful content
• Upload content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
• Attempt to disrupt platform operations
• Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes

Intellectual Property

The Eternity Slides platform, software, branding, logos, and related materials are owned by Eternity Slides, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant ownership rights in our software or trademarks.

Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans may be offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed according to the selected plan.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are non-refundable
• Subscription renewals occur automatically
• Users may cancel future renewals at any time

Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eternity Slides shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eternity Slides, LLC from claims arising from:

• User content
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
